Position - Solution Architect-Java
Experience - 8+ years
Responsibility:
1. 8+ years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 4+ years of experience in Network Management / Performance Management System and solutions.
2. Good Performance Management Solution Architecting experience e.g. Database and system Dimensioning, Solution Preparation. Should have good understanding of Integration of PM to other NMS systems.
3. Good hands-on experience on Oracle Application Server, Sybase Databases, PL/SQL, JDBC, Java, J2EE. Good knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Tomcat/Apache
4. Candidate should have good understanding of Telecom Network, GSM network Performance KPI and Counters (2G and 3G).
5. Working knowledge on UNIX OS such as HP-UX, Solaris, Linux & Scripting like Perl, Ksh is essential
6. Ability to plan and organize the work so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably.
7. Excellent consultative, problem solving, research and analysis, team building, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
8. Exposure to work with International Customers, face-to-face dialog with Customers. Ability to develop relationships with customers to understand and address their needs.
9. Should be able to work on RIA like Flex, Ajax frameworks etc.
10. Should know about various design patterns and frameworks. Should be able to provide technical solutions.
