Title - Solution Architect-Business Intelligence
Experience - 8+ years
Responsibility:
• Ability to interact with business and IT SME’s in understanding business requirements for BI solutions and able to design the solutions
• Experience architecting BI/DW solutions. Experience in consolidation of multiple legacy solution.
• Should have prior experience in delivery of BI/DW projects
• Experience in telecom domain is preferred
• Worked as the data strategy expert and lead the designing of all ETL specifications
• Should support multiple BI projects including in the areas of Performance Tuning / Capacity Planning in BI/DWH area.
• Should be a result oriented leader and must have worked on similar roles in past
• Very strong data modeling skills with at least 5 years experience in the BI/DW area
Requirements/ Qualifications:
• Should have 8+ years of experience in architecting BI/DW solutions for large organizations. More than 5 years of hands-on experience in a customer facing role in defining solution architecture including metadata, ETL architecture, BI architecture and overall approach for implementing an Enterprise Data Warehouse solution
• Designed the Data warehouse Architecture and develop the conceptual and physical Data Models working with the data modeling teams
• Should have prior experience in BI /DW Tools like Informatica, DataStage, Ab initio, SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, Teradata, Oracle, DB2 , etc
